Prior to IRYS, Lisa held senior executive roles across global insurance and reinsurance organizations, including EVP and Global Chief Digital Strategy Officer at Munich Re, and EVP CFO at Farmers Life Insurance. She has also held strategic finance roles at Voya and PwC, delivering performance-driven transformation across balance sheets, operating models, and capital structures.
